Rental Reservations

A credit card or check is required to reserve any rental items.
A 33% nonrefundable deposit is required on all orders at the time of reservation.
Rental rates are based on a three-day period.
MSW has a minimum of an $800 order for deliveries that are greater than 30 miles from Culpeper, VA. Pick up orders require a $100 minimum. The best way to inquire and reserve rentals is to email

MSW accepts checks and all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery date to avoid a charge of 33% of the contracted amount.
Upon date of delivery, the client is responsible for 100% of the contracted amount.
No credit is given for unused items.

Delivery Locations

MSW will deliver throughout Northern Virginia, Charlottesville, Richmond, Maryland, Washington DC & beyond by special requests.
Deliveries are based on the proximity to our warehouse in Culpeper, VA and the rental items.

Delivery Details

Delivery Rates for one-time rentals are calculated by distance from Culpeper, VA.
Delivery Rates can be adjusted for multiple event rentals.
If there are any restrictions for a large truck or MSW staff to access the event delivery site, then MSW must be notified prior to delivery.
Additional fees will apply to deliveries that are greater than 75 feet from the delivery truck site. Additional fees also apply when equipment must be transported up or down steep slopes, stairs, or elevators.


Round-trip ground shipping via UPS is available to all linen rental customers within the continental United States. Linens will arrive one to two days prior to your event, at which point it is your responsibility to inspect and count products. Linens are expected to be shipped back with the pre-payed return shipping label the next business day after your event to avoid additional rental charges. 

Assembled Rental Products

MSW staff will assemble all rental products that are transported unassembled (farm tables, bars, benches, etc.).
Cost of assembled rental products will be itemized separately with the assembly & breakdown cost.
If a floor plan is available, MSW staff will place the assembled rental products in the floorplan.
If a floor plan is not available, MSW staff will place the assembled rental products at a predesignated location.
If MSW staff is placing in a floor plan, arrangements for the assembled rental products must be determined prior to delivery.

Delivery Responsibilities

Upon delivery, the onsite contact assumes responsibility of all rental products ordered. It is the onsite contact's responsibility to receive, inspect and count every product delivered.
Once delivery is complete, MSW requests an onsite contact to provide a signature for confirmation that all rental items have been delivered.
In the case of lost or damaged items, the onsite contact assumes responsibility and will be responsible for the collection or replacement of the rental items.

Pick-up Responsibilities

All products must be placed in the drop-off location or predesignated pick-up location - furniture can be left assembled in the set-up location.
If an onsite contact is not present at the appointed pickup time, then MSW assumes possession of and responsibility for all rental products.

Damage Waiver

Our equipment is rented to you in great condition but we understand that normal wear and tear happens in the course of events. The damage waiver covers all spills, minor loss and accidental breakage. The damage waiver is not valid in the case of extreme negligence (i.e. table breakage, extreme loss or damage).
All linen prices include the waiver. All other rentals will have an automatic 6% damage waiver added.
Accidents do happen and the damage waiver is intended to make accidents one less thing you have to worry about.


Rental items must be cleared of china, glassware, utensils, décor etc. at the time of pickup.
China, glassware, utensils and equipment should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers as delivered. If proper facilities to rinse are not available, then remove all food/beverage and place in the containers as delivered.
Dishes returned dirty may incur additional cleaning charge.
Linens must be returned in the provided laundry bag or duffel bag, free of debris, decorations and if wet, allowed to air-dry to prevent mildew
